Learning to Catch The
Frisbee
Lots of people truly love to play Frisbee, especially down
on the beach and other open places. Some people also tend to
create or develop their own styles that enable them to
receive praise from an audience. Very few
individuals take the time to develop good skills though because
most of them simply want to have fun and feel that learning to
throw and catch the Frisbee is enough to play the game.
Have you ever attempted to catch a frisbee between your
knees and legs while on the ground? What about catching it
while you're in the air? You can learn to do these thing just
take a gander at these next totally cool steps.
First off you need to estimate where the frisbee is going to
land by watching your buddy throw it. Thhis isn't a difficult
task especially if you have been playing the game for any sort
of time.
Once you have a good idea of where it will land you need to
get to that spot.Make sure that the frisbee will hit you about
right in the shins if you miss it. DOn't miss it though.
When you reach the spot you need to spread your legs and
crouch down so that you are able to touch the ground with your
fingers.
Reach behind yourself and between your legs. Keep your palm
and thumb facing up while keeping your eyes on the frisbee.
When it arrives go ahead and catch it by pinching it between
your fingers. If you do it successfully you will most assuredly
gain some good remarks from your pals.
The capture of frisbee in the air is also a great trick you
can try. Once again, you have to estimate or judge where the
firsbee is going to end up. After that, you need to go to where
it is headed. Jumping to catch the disc is very important and
should be done properly. You must make sure that when you jump,
the frisbee will be there in front of
you.
Drop both your arms behind your body. Follow the same
directions talked about above. The capture of the disc in the
air between the legs is certainly a dramatic move. Well, this
shouldn't be some kind of show off move but just a way to make
the game more interesting and enjoyable.
The second trick there is a little more difficult because
you need to catch a floating disc in the first. Once you've
mastered it, you can try to catch the discs as they are thrown
toward you. Don't try to do any of these strenous moves if you
have any type of poor health condition. If you have any types
of health issues you should probably talk to your doctor before
engaging in any hard physical activity like frisbee.
Frisbee can be a very strenuos activity and it uses up a
whle lot of energy. Make sure that you warm up and stretch out
your muscles before attempting any of these moves as you can
pull something very easily. Alway stretch before you play.
